At UNI Klothing, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping and return policy carefully before placing an order.
Shipping
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method.
- All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays or customs processing.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if available).
Return Policy (14 Days)
You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving it.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn and unused
- Items must be in original condition
- All tags and original packaging must be included
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- UNI Klothing does not provide prepaid return labels.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Only the product cost will be refunded.
- Shipping fees (delivery costs) are not refundable.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
