Delivery & Return Policy – UNI Klothing

At UNI Klothing, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our delivery and return terms carefully before placing an order.
Delivery
- Orders are processed within [1–3 business days] after payment is confirmed.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
- All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays or customs processing.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if available).
Returns (14-Day Policy)
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and unworn
- Items must be in original packaging
- Tags must still be attached
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- UNI Klothing does not provide prepaid return labels.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Only the item cost will be refunded (not the delivery/shipping fee).
- Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
