Delivery

• Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
• All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays or customs processing.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if available).

Returns (14-Day Policy)

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and unworn
• Items must be in original packaging
• Tags must still be attached

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• UNI Klothing does not provide prepaid return labels.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

• Only the item cost will be refunded (not the delivery/shipping fee).
• Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
